These Terms & Conditions govern all products and services provided by Dental Aesthetics Laboratory. Submission of any case constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Dental Aesthetics Laboratory provides custom dental prosthetic manufacturing services based solely on prescriptions and specifications submitted by licensed dental professionals.

We function exclusively as a dental laboratory and do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide clinical care.

2. Prescribing Doctor Responsibility

The prescribing dentist retains full responsibility for:

  • Diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Tooth preparation and/or implant placement
  • Accuracy of impressions, models, and digital scans
  • Occlusion, contacts, and marginal fit verification
  • Final clinical outcome and patient care

All restorations must be evaluated and approved by the clinician prior to final placement.

3. Case Submission & Accuracy

By submitting a case, the client affirms that all provided materials, files, and instructions are complete and accurate.

Dental Aesthetics Laboratory is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from:

  • Distorted or incomplete impressions
  • Low-quality or inaccurate digital scans
  • Insufficient reduction or improper preparation
  • Incomplete or unclear prescriptions

4. Turnaround Times

All stated turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Production begins upon receipt of complete and approved case materials. Delays may occur due to case complexity, required clarifications, or unforeseen production variables.

5. Remake Policy

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.

Remakes may be accepted within  30 days if determined to result from a manufacturing defect.

Remakes will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Improper tooth preparation or insufficient clearance
  • Inaccurate impressions or scan data
  • Changes in prescription after fabrication
  • Normal wear, misuse, or clinical complications

All remake requests must include supporting documentation and the original restoration where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dental Aesthetics Laboratory’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the restoration provided.

Under no circumstances shall Dental Aesthetics Laboratory be liable for:

  • Chair time or clinical expenses
  • Patient-related complications
  • Loss of revenue or business interruption
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Implant & Component Compatibility

Implant restorations are fabricated based solely on the information provided by the prescribing clinician.

The clinician is responsible for verifying:

  • Implant system compatibility
  • Component selection
  • Final seating and fit prior to placement

8. Materials & Manufacturing Tolerances

All restorations are fabricated using industry-accepted materials and processes. Minor variations in shade, contour, and fit may occur within clinically acceptable tolerances.

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established upon account setup. Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in delayed production or suspension of services.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, all restorations are provided “as is” without additional warranties, express or implied.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
