That is why we make our flexible night guards using Formlabs Dental LT Comfort Resin V1.1. This long-term biocompatible material is designed to become more flexible at body temperature, giving patients a more comfortable wearing experience while still providing the durability expected from a professionally made appliance.

Each night guard is digitally designed to your prescription, 3D printed on our Formlabs Form 4B and carefully finished in our laboratory. Before it leaves D.A.L., the fit, finish and overall quality are individually inspected.

You determine the arch, thickness and occlusal design. We use your scans and clinical instructions to produce an appliance that reflects the needs of your patient.
