Where Strength Meets Artistry: The Precision of Bilayered Clinical Zirconia
Our Bilayered Clinical Zirconia combines advanced digital design with refined craftsmanship for the ultimate in clinical performance and esthetics. Built on a high-strength zirconia framework and finished with hand-applied porcelain, each restoration achieves exceptional accuracy, translucency, and shade control.
Engineered for both anterior and posterior use, Bilayered Clinical Zirconia offers the strength dentists trust and the beauty patients notice. At Dental Aesthetics Laboratory, every case reflects our commitment to precision, efficiency, and excellence in modern restorative dentistry.Precision. Speed. Excellence.
Strength. Confidence. Restorations That Redefine Excellence.
At Dental Aesthetics Laboratory, we understand that every implant case represents your patient’s trust and your commitment to excellence. That’s why each restoration we craft is digitally designed and meticulously milled to ensure a perfect fit, natural contours, and lifelike esthetics.
Using advanced CAD/CAM technology and the highest quality materials, we help you achieve predictable, long-lasting results that inspire confidence and satisfaction — from placement to final smile.
Precision. Speed. Excellence. Experience the difference with D.A.L. implant restorations.

PMMA Units for Temporary Restorations
PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) units are ideal for provisional or temporary restorations, providing excellent esthetics, smooth surface finish, and predictable short-term durability. CAD/CAM–milled PMMA enables precise marginal adaptation and occlusal accuracy, making it suitable for single units, multi-unit bridges, and full-arch temporaries. These restorations allow clinicians to evaluate esthetics, function, and tissue response before final material selection and delivery.
High-Strength, Metal-Free Performance with IPS e.max
IPS e.max lithium disilicate offers a monolithic, metal-free solution with a proven flexural strength of approximately 500 MPa. This advanced glass-ceramic delivers outstanding esthetics, precise margins, and a superior internal fit.
Ideal for anterior and posterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, screw-retained implant crowns, and up to three-unit anterior bridges, IPS e.max combines clinical reliability with natural esthetic appeal — an excellent alternative to PFMs and zirconia frameworks.

Your Key to Predictable Smile Transformations
Diagnostic Wax-Ups allow patients to visualize potential treatment outcomes by comparing a 3D-printed model to their current smile. Using advanced CAD/CAM technology, Dental Aesthetics Laboratory digitally removes tooth structure from the preoperative model, designs the proposed restorations, and prints precise wax-ups. This process provides dentists, patients, and technicians with a realistic preview of the achievable results.
These digital wax-ups can be produced from conventional or digital impressions and serve as an essential treatment-planning tool for predictable, high-quality restorations.

Technical Excellence Across All Stages
1. Send Your Scans with Confidence
- By opening an account with us and sending your intraoral scans directly to our portal (by 11am) work will commence promptly. Saving you time.
- We can import and design directly from your intraoral scans via the MEDIT Link scanner portal by adding Dental Aesthetics Laboratory as your designated lab. Our recommended method is for you to create an account and send cases directly to our portal. Alternatively, STL / PLY and OBJ file formats can be emailed directly to [email protected].
- This method minimizes potential variables, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
2. Scanning from Analog Models
- We can also scan working models, analog implant impressions, and single or triple trays in one scan, eliminating variables such as expansion rates, human error, and broken or chipped teeth.
- Our accuracy meets ISO 12836 standards, with tolerances of 50 μm for crowns and bridges and 8 microns for implants.
3. CAD Design Accuracy
- Once scanned, the prepared tooth, margins, and occlusion are precisely defined and locked. Our technicians can refine the design within these locked parameters, using a natural anatomy library to achieve an optimal, customized result.
4. CAM Milling Precision
- The locked parameters ensure that the final restoration remains true to the design. The restoration is then milled and pre-sintered in a controlled furnace. After production, the restoration is fitted to a working model or 3D printed model with dies and verified on a solid model to reduce variables.
- The final restoration is stained, glazed, or layered with ceramic depending on the specific case, and it undergoes thorough quality control to ensure precise fit, natural aesthetics, proper occlusion, and accurate contacts.
5. 3D Printing Accuracy
- Our 3D printed models are generated directly from scan data or intraoral scans. Models are printed at 50 μm and labeled with the patient’s name for easy identification.
- Post-processing includes an automated wash and dry cycle using clean isopropyl alcohol (IPA) followed by curing with the correct wavelength of UV light to ensure optimal strength and durability
- When produced using Form 4 Series printers with Precision Model Resin at a 50 μm layer height, these restorative models demonstrate exceptional accuracy and consistency. Independent analysis confirms that 99.7% of the printed surface is within 100 μm of the original CAD model, while 95% falls within 50 μm. Consistent performance across printers, print batches, and build platforms ensures reliable, high-precision results—making these models ideal for even the most demanding restorative applications.
